What is the purpose of consumer rights? Consumer rights is the consumer able to voice out about their opinion or objection on the things which the company that did not provided their entire needs or services. If the consumer is unable to voice out their opinion, then they won’t have good costumer service and some of the workers might mistreated the costumer. Furthermore, the economy will drop because many people will not want to buy things or go to a restaurant to eat. It is good to have consumer rights to state the feedback on the costumer services and also it helps the company to improve on their product by correcting their mistakes. There are many obstable that we can use to overcome this problems about consumer rights. I suggest these things for consumer rights and I called it myself as the 4Rs which is refunds, repairs, renew and reset.

Refunds is the most important thing that every company needs by giving consumer’s money back whenever and whatever they want. One day, they discovered that their item which they bought was destroyed or broken when they returned home. They will came back to the shop or store to get back their money or receive a brand new item that works. Repairs also can be an option that the company can use. Consumers will love to have the repairs the item on the spot so they won’t have to wait for the item very long. Some constumers will be dissapointed when they can’t get the things they want when its broken or spoil and decided not buying it anymore. If there is a service where people can repair items, then they don’t have to worry of coming back to the store or make sad decisions of not buying the product.

Renew is which consumer can exchange new items from the old. Consumers have the right to demand for new items because some old items can already be used. The company should prepare a backup system of famous goods that can be replace intently whenever a consumer wants the goods. Reset is when the company will always try to improve themselves by editing every item quality and services like having good workers that do not assualt the consumer which are very friendly and kind. It will decrease the probitility of problems which the consumer might complain to the manager.

There are some of the services the economy must watch out which are the education system, safety equitment, designs on apartments and flats, food products and others. These things are important to increase the management of goods and services because consumers commanly use them and should consider looking forward for them to get more prepared then any other product. For example, safety gears should be well care for and should not have any fault in them because when there is a real emergency, the people will be well prepared for the cause of danger. It is important that the item sell by the company should make sure their product will be the best to keep people safe. If someone is trap in a fire then they tried on the fire-hydrant but its not working, then they will have a hard time to escape from the fire or might not be able to survive. So, consumers do have the rights file a complain to sue the company that causes the lives of the people.

Some firms or sellers might think its fine to sell more products and not really care about the consumer’s opinion because they wanted to earn more money on selling more products. However, it think it’s wrong to threat consumers that way when earning more money is their only prirority and mistreating them by not serving them well. It will be misleading them into a whole lots of trouble to be able of choosing to buy the productin any markets. Furthermore, it will cause the consumer to prefer household items because they would make items themselves instead of buying from others, then the economy will be very inbalance whereas companies will not be able to sell goods and services to them which causes them to have a deadweight loss.

The prices of the goods and service might sometimes can be too high for the consumer to even purchase the product because not all the consumers are rich. Some of the poor consumer still need to purchase some products for their essential needs but some might not even have the money to buy. Companies should allow the selling of second-hand items so the poor would not have trouble of finding the products they wants or needs. For example, education is most important for people in the country to be very educated in their studies to be able to further their goals and ability to earn a higher paid living. Some consumers could not afford to buy books for their children or they could not buy them school uniforms the school requires. Their children will have the hard time trying to cope up with other students from the lack of items they need and they will have to study the hard way. Some students might dislike going to school for these purposes and it will also give the school a bad name because they are not prepare for the worse of students leaving the school.

In conclusion, consumers have the rights to be heard by others because it will improve and convert companies to sustain new management and increase their productivity. To make consumers willingly to purchase the products and consume the productivity’s uses. I hope that the companies will listen to the consumers because it’s the rights that people must be heard individually. The government should also be knowing these types of crucial points on companies and help them to boost economically and centimentally.
